How to Use These Templates

Step 1: Download the relevant template for your type of work. If doing multiple types of work, combine the relevant sections.

Step 2: Customise for your specific job. Add or remove hazards based on the actual work. A simple tap repair doesn't need the same RAMS as a full bathroom refit.

Step 3: Fill in job-specific details including site address, client name, dates, and any site-specific hazards you've identified.

Step 4: Review and sign. RAMS should be signed by the person completing them and ideally reviewed by someone else. Keep records.

Step 5: Brief your team. If you have employees or subcontractors, ensure they've read and understood the RAMS before starting work.
